Run To Lapland
Run To Lapland With Ellistown And Mr Heale Does Movember
As part of our fundraising for the school, this year we are planning a sponsored run around the school. In addition the Sports Ambassadors have asked if we could run a sponsored event for Matt’s Mission Children’s Charity. Our aim is to, as a school, run 1,976 miles which is the same distance from Ellistown Primary School to Lapland. We would like to incorporate the Christmas theme by dressing upas Santa, a reindeer or by wearing a Christmas jumper. Mr Heale will also be taking part in Movember, where he will be growing a beard in aid of our fundraising.
Parents, relatives and friends are all welcome to join our pupils and take part in this event which will be held on Thursday 14th December. If you could also help by getting as many sponsors as possible for your child, we would really appreciate it.
All donations will be split evenly between new school sports equipment and Matt’s Mission Children’s Charity.
